“My mom and I took this wonderful class and had a great time. They were able to accommodate our vegetarian dietary restrictions, which we were very appreciative of. We made a sangria and paella and got some background about the dishes and relevance to Spain. We also had tortilla and pan con tomate which were delicious. Our instructors were Tony and Yireles and they were amazing. Very friendly and enjoyed conversations with them throughout the class.
